About the Role
Filter You is seeking a Motion Graphics Artist - a creative powerhouse, transforming abstract
ideas into captivating visual narratives. With expertise in industry-standard software like After
Effects, Premier Pro, and Photoshop, seamlessly integrating design elements, delivering visually
stunning and impactful motion graphics. If you are a creative visionary possessing keen
understanding of animation principles and storytelling techniques, ready to shape brands and

A Typical Day at Filter You as a Motion Graphics Artist would look like:
● Enhancing Brand Identity and Communication
● Boosting Social Media Presence
● Elevating Website and User Experience
● Advancing Storytelling and Visual Narratives
Interview Process:
● Recruiter Screening - Based on communication skills, overview of role and
responsibilities and past relevant experience.
● Technical Screening - An opportunity for you to engage with one or both of our
co-founders, gaining profound insight into our company's vision and discovering how you
can play a pivotal role in bringing us closer to achieving that vision.
● If everything goes well, then Training and Development along with the onboarding
process.
Requirements
Candidates Must Be:
● Located in Bangalore (preferably in North - Around Ramaiah)
● Days of work: Mondays to Fridays (Last saturday of every month is a
working saturday)
● Working hours: 12.30 p.m. - 8.30 p.m.
● Must be able to work Flexibly, WFH and WF Office.
What We Are Looking For:
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
● Min. 1 year of experience as a Motion Graphics Artist or a similar position
● Proficient in After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, and overall general
knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
● Experience with VFX, 3D animation and Davinci resolve is a plus
● Strong understanding of animation principles and storytelling techniques
